A house by the sea.
Ladofanaro began as a love letter to Zakynthos — to its olive groves, its fishermen, its long blue evenings. Today it is a small, devoted table where each plate carries the memory of the island.

Philosophy

Our kitchen works with what the season offers: fish landed each morning, vegetables from gardens we know by name, olive oil pressed from trees that have watched over Zakynthos for generations.
We believe a meal is a slow conversation — one that begins when you sit down and continues long after the last glass of wine.
